Returns Policy
How do I return an item(s)?
Pikkaboo gives you the option to return purchased item(s)*. Any order that has been shipped falls within a 7 days return policy from the date of delivery.
How does it work?
Click on “Return Form”
Select the order (s) you want to return.
Select the most appropriate return reason.
Add your comments.
Attach a photo for the product.
Add contact telephone number.
Return Reason:
- I have received a wrong product;
- I have received a product that is not as described on the Site
- I have received a damaged product.
- I have ordered the wrong color or size
Return Condition:
Product is unused, in original unbroken packaging and includes all tags.
Fashion: open packaging accepted if the product(s) still has the original tags and not used.
All other Categories: Only unbroken original packages including all accessories.
Non-returnable Products.
You do not have a right to return, replace or exchange products in respect of:
- Products that have been used or damaged by you or are not in the same condition as you received them.
- Any consumable product which has been used or installed.
- Products that fall under specific categories, including food, underwear, potty training items, health, hygiene related and personal care products and certain baby products (e.g. teethers, feeding related products).
- Personalized items which you requested to be designed especially for you.
- Items on sale.
- Items that are not in original condition and packaging.
- Damaged items due to misuse or showing signs of wear and tear, even if they still under warranty period.
- Items that have been assembled, used, altered, or installed unless defective.
- Item that were sealed and required their hygienic level to be intact from the manufacturer.
