Cancellation policy for consumers

The following cancellation policy applies to consumers only:

Right of cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order within seven days without being charged for the product cancelled. The deadline for cancellation is seven days from the day on which you made the order.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision to cancel your order by filling up the attached sample cancellation form below.

In order to meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient if you send off your notification of your decision to exercise your right of cancellation before the cancellation deadline expires.

In case the product has been delivered, then the product is dealt subject to our return policy.

  • Consequences of cancellation

If you cancel your product, we will reimburse all payments that we have received from you, excluding the delivery costs. We will do so immediately and at the latest within fourteen days of the day when we received your notification of cancellation of the product purchased. When reimbursing you, we will use a similar means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was explicitly agreed with you;

Under no circumstances will you be charged for this refund. We may refuse to reimburse you until we have verified that the product has not been received by you or then the case will be subject to our return policy.

You should notify us without delay or at the latest within seven days of the purchase day that you are cancelling the order. You will be considered to have met the deadline if you send off the notification before the seven-day deadline expires.

You cannot cancel items that are:

  • Personalized in a way that cannot be undone.
  • Subject to any reduction in value of the product.
  • That are customized or made based on requirements that you have chosen.

The right of cancellation shall not apply in the case of sealed deliveries which, for health or hygiene reasons, cannot be returned if their seal was removed following delivery.
